Overheating Intermittently.

Featured Replies

Hi can anyone advise?

Have a 1.25 ford fiesta finesse 05 plate which overheats:(.

New water pump, thermostat and have had pressure test done no leaks, flushed through but still overheating . Goes down if put heater on full heat ?

Thanks

Check the flow if the radiator, all pipes for blockages, and the block is free of blockages (need to remove the thermostat)

That's all I can think of!

@Jake thanks will check has been flushed through about 1/2 dozen times now , also found out it doesn't have a HCV as tried to replace it and it wasn't there :(

Have you changed the expansion tank cap. If its not holding the pressure you wont believe the problems it causes.
