How To Remove Door Mould Fiesta 2006

I have a 3 door Fiesta 2006 Zetec S, however the door mould on the drivers side (the column) was loose and snapped whilst driving down the motorway! So I have a replacement but im not sure how to remove the old clips + there is still a piece of the old mould still attached, how do I go about getting it off?

    Mine broke free of the white plastic clips I just slipped it off by pulling it towards the front of the car, then glued the clips back on I'm not sure if that is helpful or not to be fair.
