Fiesta 1.4 Tdci Coolant Leak

Hi all,

I'm facing a coolant leak with my Fiesta 1.4 TDCi Car Derived Van. Managed to find where the leak is coming from, but I'm unsure what the pipe does due to its location. Below are two pictures which I hope someone maybe able to help identify what the pipe is and and where it goes to. Also, a rough idea of how much it would cost to get it replaced?
