....which sounds great, except it has a range of just 21 miles on a 6-7 hour "charge" under a special "concentrator".

Now, assuming that's meant to concentrate the sun, and doesn't work quite so well with rain, I can't help thinking this is one concept car that should have been left well alone, as it seems like a completely pointless exercise.
