Water Problem

Hi,

I have a 2006 Ford Fiesta. In the past I have on a couple of occasions has problems where the water has stopped draining out the bottom of the passenger and drivers doors. I have rectified this by poking a cocktail stick up into the hole at the bottom to drain the water out. I now find myself with a similar sloshing of water sound but the drains for all 4 doors seem to be clear and it doesn't feel like the water is in the door. is there anywhere else this could be coming from and how would I drain it?
