If you click on the ADD REPLY button not the fast reply, you come to a screen which under where you write your message there is an ATTACHMENTS section.

Click on BROWSE.

Find the image you wish to use on your computer and select ok.

Then click UPLOAD.

Once this has uploaded use the drop down menu on the MANAGE CURRENT ATTACHMENTS section and click on the picture you wish to insert into your post.
