White And Black Smoke

hi i have problems with my 06 mondeo tdci. there is some white smoke when i start the car in the morning and there is a smell of burning. i also have alot of black smoke when im in low revs and when it is building up lots of black smoke comes out until the turbo kicks in. also my revs shoot up on the gauge when i put my foot down and it catches up with its self i am told that is the clutch slipping and i went for a diagnostics and it came back that i needed a turbo boost circuit sensor so i really dont know what all the problems are and what i should do any help would be appreciated
