Picked up a 13 plate zs 1.0 in candy blue last week,

Been looking around at different cars for a while to swop for my mk7 zs and finally made the plunge on the 1.0 ecoboost

First impressions so far are good and feels great when the turbo kicks in aha

Got some Lockwood s door sills coming and going to order a couple of s badges. tempted by getting my wheels done gun metal grey or ancracite but not sure how they'd look?

I'll post some pics when I've gave it a clean lol

Got a quick question though, does anyone know if I can permanently turn off the stop start? Rather than having to press it every time I get in the car

No you can't (unless there is a fuse for it? never checked myself I rather like stop start)

I guess I'll just have to keep pressing that button then.

I suppose it's down to personal preference but I've never had it before so don't feel the need to use it

Gone for Panther Black with the red/charcoal seats. Got to wait until the end of September to collect though :(

The wait til end of October is killing me me, I hate my insurance company :P

How you getting on MPG wise?

With mixed driving styles (sensible and giving it some) I'm getting between 38 and 40mpg, I would expect more on a longer run though :), it's better than my 1.6 zs anyways lol

Only thing is the shift indicator can really slow the car down if you stick to it to much

Gave the car a wash and wax today

Such a cheap mod but sets the wheel off I reckon.. Yeah bud it's self adhesive, I took this off my old zs and just put some double sided tape on the back so it was fully sticky again
