hi all ill start off by saying thanks for any reply as this is driving me mad :)

i have 1.8 tdci on an 08 plate with the euro 4 engine its the estate version

my symptoms are as follows

1200rpm judder

over 60mph steering wheel judders not shakes had tracking and balancing done i have just recently found out my disk are warped

i also can feel the engine threw the accelerator pedal when in low revs and the injectors rattle once over 2000rpm feeling goes

also when in traffic i can smell emissions coming in to the cab threw the window and vents not that strong

strong emissions smell out of exhaust

ok what i have done in the past 9 months of owning the car all done by warranty wise with a bit of a fight

i ave had a duel mass and clutch done small hose that runs from the turbo 4 injectors and a new high pressure pump swaf was found in my filter when they change the pump and injectors i also have a full server and my belts done.

now other than that iam getting 42-45mpg around town depending how i drive motorways -55-65mpg which is good i think.

anyway please if you can shed some light that would be great i have had 3 mechanics including a ford one look and they can not find the problems

If 3 mechanics haven't managed a conclusion to your problem tbh I think you're very unlikely to get a solution from enthusiastic amateurs (me included).

Is it just possible that your engine has been ragged with an inch of it's life and is past saving?

What mileage is on the car and are you sure it was a DMF fitted and not a solid one?

stoney the problems started when the dmf was replace i do know its had a new clutch cuz i can tell when i got the car back tbh it feel like the engine in starped to the drive shaft some times iam in st helens if you live local any machnic that is reading this and would like a look then ill bring it down :). i was told by ats euro master that my front disk are warped but they said it would not cuz the vibration on the steering wheel ??? is that right

Warped discs will definitely cause vibration in the wheels, even the slightest warping will be felt.

Euro Masters sound like a bunch of clowns tbh.

would this also come threw the accelerator pedal as well tbh i think there is more than one problem with it also in traffic i get an emissions smell from the engine + the same smell out the back smell strong i have smelt the same smell from other diesels as well

Could be a split pipe somewhere, maybe to or from the intercooler or EGR valve.

Do you get any increased noise from the engine once you hit boost pressure (turbo kicking in point)?

yes but only when cold once warm but the engine is noisey and when the injector fire at low revs i can feel it threw the accelerator pedal and again when i get out of the car once stopped i can always smell a strong emissions

Could be a problem with the injectors then.

Did anything come up on a diagnostic?

Does this happen about sixty mph then disappear if you go above or below that speed if so I have the same prob and I've heard of a few more on here having the same issue so seems pretty common what the answer is I don't know just learned to live with it but have noticed it happens more when doing sixty on a slight incline puzzling .

yes that sounds about right and no nothing on the diagnostic at all. steads do you get a strong emissions smell and has you focus had a dmf done ??? it all started around the dmf time ??
