Mk1 Electric Window Problem

Featured Replies

My wifes mk1 Focus has developed a problem

the electric windows have stopped working, car only has front electric windows.

i've checked all the fuses and all are ok.

can't be the regulators or motors as they both stopped working at same time.

Anybody have any ideas?

Hi, have you looked at the fuses behind the glove box F56 25A, or F40 and F37 25A are also window fuses. I think these numbers depend on what type of fuse box you have.

i checked the fuses behind the glovebox, the ones that were in the handbook, all were ok

Ok, have a look in the engine fuse box for a relay, the fuse box cover will tell you which one.

will check in the morning, thanks
