2012 Mondeo Bus Ed - 6000Rpm When Changing Gear/ Black Smoke

I've had a 2012 Mondeo for just over three months.

Tonight it has randomly revved to 6000rpm when changing gear. No power at all while it's doing it and you either have to wait for it to sort itself or turn off the engine and turn back on. Has happened 1st/ 2nd/ 3rd but not in higher gears. It's happened on three occasions this evening and each time there it a cloud of black smoke.

The car has done 52,000.

Any ideas?

    Turbo issue be carefull I seen engines blow up from this happening or possible injector stuck open
