1.6 Vvt 2007 Focus Oil Grades Engine And Gearbox

Can someone confirm the oil grades I need for my 2007 focus I believe the engine oil is 5W30 same as zetec engines but is it recommended to run semi or full synthetic?

For the gearbox am I right thinking it is 75W90 again not sure on whether that should be semi or full synthetic. Advise please.
