So I bought a 2000 Ford Focus SE. The heat or fan speed hasn't worked since I bought it. It doesn't work on any of the speeds. I checked the fuses and they're all good, I changed the blower motor and the thermal fuse and still nothing. Also replaced wiring harness that connects resistor and blower.

    have you put a meter on the resister pack, see what if anything is happening, failing any voltage there, trace it backwards until you find some. swapping random stuff out might get you luck but its less costly to find out why the blower motor didn't have any power to start with.....

    Fuse for blower is F64 (30a) in the battery junction box, make sure you have a fuse in this location and it is good.
