Ford Focus 1999 Ghia - Central Locking / Heater /????

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Quick question.

Got another Ford Focus, with very low miles and in good costmetic condition, runs well.

1999 Ford Focus Estate Ghia 2.0 Petrol

The past owner played with the heater area.......having no fan, vent movement or even air cond light, I went to the fuse box and other areas, I then went to the heater its self, used a stand-alone power and it runs.

But not via the Ford knobs.

Comments?

Second is the Central Locking.

The boot switch within the dash not working ,nor the Fob, yes placed new battery, but this is not what I am sure, if you lock with the key in the drivers door, (Should I hear other doors also lock)??

As I have no sound, so have to jump in and manual lock all the doors before I lock mine.

Again looked at fuse, and even had the door card off, and all is rightly connected.

Confused dot com for me on both, need some shining light on the sunject please :)

Cheers
