fell off the wife's focus so I got replacement but can't for the life of me find how to replace it. I took the door card off but still can't see how to fix it

Any help would be great or link to guide as all the guides I find aren't for the door handle I got

You may end up kicking yourself over this.......

If you open the door and look on the inside edge level with the door handle you'll see a small rubber bung, oval shaped. Prise this out then you'll need a small screwdriver or torx driver (can't remember which) but either way there's a captive screw you slacken off and then the cover can be pulled off and replaced.

Or something like that, it's a while since I've removed one.

There is a grommet at the rear edge of the door, remove that and undo the revealed bolt 22 turns and the bezel cover will push straight in.

Retighten the bolt 22 turns and refit the grommet.

Bad there was no screw in there

So surely I could get one and just put it in ??

If you go to Ford and give them your reg they can find the correct one for you.

Alternatively pull out the one from the other side and take a trip to B&Q.

They easy to get in and out?

If not down to ford i go

Should be.

You may even find the bolt is still inside the door somewhere.

Give it a shake and listen for a rattle.
