Recently got a st220 with sat nav build in beast of a car but I got a problem with the stereo

When all the leads are plugged in the back the stereo will turn it self off and ask for pin when the lights get turned on either by manual or auto and won't play any thing at all. Then when I take the keys out it sounds like it's constantly trying to eject a disc

If I remove the stereo leads out the back and leave all the climate leads in everything works fine with asking for pin constantly

So am I going to have to get a stereo or is it a electrical problem as don't want to pay a auto sparky for him to say need a new head unit?? Any1 else had these problem or know about these stereos as the manual is useless btw it's the denso factory fitted sat nav thanks
