Would Facelift Bumper Fit On To A Pre-Facelift Model?

Featured Replies

Title says it all really.

My 52 plate Fusion has a lightly damaged bumper, and while it is not high on my jobs list, I could replace it in time (once I get Haynes manual for Xmas!)

Could I use a facelift bumper to replace it?

Second, does anyone have paint codes - i.e. was Magnum Grey used after 2005 on the facelift model?

Thanks.

Good spot Chris, looks like Leo2 has done the change - I'll ask him how easy it was.

Looks like he also runs on 16 inch(?) Focus alloys, think 16 inch wheels look a lot better on a Fusion.

Hi, the bumper was already fitted when I got the car a few years back from a coach works.
but i'm guessing it is a straight swap as had it repaired when had a little bump and they didn't report any problems
but not sure if the towing eye matches up as not checked
