Hi,

Are you sure it's 110bhp? 2.0TDCi should be around 135-140BHP

I recommend you Blank the EGR valve with a stainless steel blanking plate,

Upgrade induction filter to Green Cotton filter,

Have DPF internally removed/gutted,

Remap the ecu,

Blanking the EGR prevents exhaust gas recirculating

Thus prolong life of your turbo and keeps oil cleaner aswell as increase in mpg

Internally removing the dpf diesel particulate filter will also prolong turbo life aswell as increase performance due to increase in flow of gasses,

Upgrading induction filter will make transission between gears better aswell an increase mpg.
