pragmatix
Does anybody know of any mk4s with damaged headlights I could get the connectors out of?
BOF
I'd say getting a whole headlamp from a scrappy might be your best move. Then it is a simple replacement (and, last time I did that, I got a full set of bulbs with it!). I thought that the bulb pushed against two bent wire springs, or am I getting confused with main beam? pragmatix
The bulbs arnt held in by springs the are held in with the bulb holders that clip on to two posts, scrappiest want about £80 a side for headlamps, more in some places
