would anyone happen to know where the air idle control valve is on a 53 plate 2 litre petrol duratec engine on a MK3 Mondeo?

    I dont believe it uses a valve, it should use a mass air flow sensor.

    I haven't had that car to know. But I had a 2001 Cougar with the same engine and had to clean it out on that car. It was on the rear of the engine.
