Cleaning Injectors ??????

Hi all been wanting to take my injectors out and clean them on my mrk 3 mondeo 2.2 st tdci and was wondering if any of you guys / gals know if they would need recoding if removed I would appreciate any input on this issue thanks !!

if you are just cleaning (ultrasonic) then, remove, and reinstall is fine, as long as you put it back to where it belongs.

You only need to recode it you replace them.

You just need a deep socket as far as I know....

Found out you need a special 21mm window socket for the injectors there is a good video on you tube with a guy removing a injector from a 2.0 ltr D here's the link
