Hi guys I'm new here and would just like to ask if anyone has had any problems with diesil leaking round area of drivers side rear wheel arch

I just bought a 2012 1.6 Eco with 60'000 mile I drove it 50 mile noticed the diesil leaking,contacted dealer who got car recoverd,they had car for 3days and said couldn't find anything that I must have splashed diesil when filling up. I pointed out to them I got the car with a full tank they then said breather was blocked and they've fixed it, I've now had car back for 5 days coverd 230 mile and problem is back again,and the car cut out on me last night and waiting on dealer recovering it again,has anyone had any kind of similar problems with this type of Mondeo, I just traded in my 2005 ghia x with 140,000 mile on it and never had any serious problems with it, I'm just worried as I'm driving to Germany next week and dealer said car is not coverd outside uk on their warranty,
