I have a yellow warning light on and it is coming up as a child lock malfunction could anyone give me any advice on how to fix this fault. thanks steve

    open both doors, twist the key in the child lock mechanism three times both directions and try again.

    Hello I have the same problem as the rear driver side  door, child lock is not working and if I press the child lock button bellow my window controls I get the yellow message child lock malfunction 

    And when I tried to twist the key in the child lock hole it is not twisting as there is just fragile plastic ( flat screw driver shape thing) I don't know what to do someone pls help
