What's the best MPG reading have you got out of you MK7 Fiesta? I got 40 the other day on the way to Stansted Airport, the best so far.

    The best I got was about 51 I think, driving like an absolute granny along the motorway for an hour or so. Usually hangs around 37-40 on average.

    Edit: just noticed the subject being 'automatic mpg'... mine is manual so ignore.

    Today, on a 150 mile round trip, 99% of which is bypass driving averaging 70mph it read that I had averaged 44mpg.

    I've done the same route but one way (75ish miles), with my speed averaging between 50 and 60 mpg and it read that I had averaged close to 60mpg!!

    Not bad for the 1.6 Ti-VCT

    Well, although I'm pleased for you - it's not an AUTOMATIC Chris, like the title says, Amy is asking for owners MPG results specifically for auto's.

    I do 12 mile trips in rush hour traffic 5 days a week from South london to Holborn and can't quite get it to do 25mpg. I have the full dress-up kit fitted on mine, but have removed the front passenger seat to if you wanna take weight in to consideration lmao
