has anyone put a HID kit in the mk7,is it a pain in the a.. to do?? and does the computer in the car report any light faults when the HID is installed???

if not,what are the best bulbs (brightest and white light),tried phillips bluevision on my last car,they lasted for only 3 months :angry:

    I have just put Osram night breakers in mine they seem better than the phillips as they didn't last too long.Not really a lover of hid kits but I'm sure someone will know.

    are they brighter than other?is it easy to change or do you need to take the headlights out?

    Yes they are brighter than the others and yes you need to remove the lights from the car and its a little fiddly but worth it in the end. ;)
