...especially the customer service department tomorrow morning when they receive the complaint letter I've just posted :lol:

It'll be interesting to see how they plan on winning back my custom...watch this space :P

Placed a massive order in June and something was missing when it arrived - emailed them to say so, had a response saying it'll be sent out...and here we are a further 4 unanswered e-mails and several phone calls later with me still not having my wash mitt. Well, not from them anyway, I bought it from I4D in the mean time!

    I'm still waiting on a phonecall about a mudguard I ordered for my new bike in ....... October. They are apparently having problems with the manufacturer!!! Needless to say I gave up on waiting a long time ago.

    I got a response today!

    They managed to misspell my name 3 times in one letter, but they did at least refund my money and apologise.

    Not enough I don't think to make me shop there again.
