I am getting the spoiler off of my mates car, it is grey and i was wondering if its easy enuff to spray tango red over this colour? I would be putting it into a garage to get this done just want to make sure before i buy tonight :lol:

    You need to rub it down, and put the primer on 1st I would say to get a good quality finish!

    As you said you would be putting into garage for this work to be done, you should not have any worries. Grey is a good base colour to work from.

    Any good paint shop can easily deal with these colour differences. Go for it.

    I jus bought a blue spoiler for my black car but got it for very nice price so could affo rd to get it re sprayed and came out awesome!, but if you sand it down yourself this can save yourself a few wee buttons, make it happen !!

    Think i will go down the drilling route (garage) to be extra secure :lol:
