Fiesta 1.4 Tdci 09 Reverse Light Switch

Featured Replies

Hello,

I have no reverse lights, rear parking sensors do not work and the rear wiper doesn`t work when reverse is selected.

Informed that the reverse light switch is probably defective.

Question is where is the located and is it easily replacable for a novice.

Thanks in adavnce.

Should be easy to get to and simple to replace.

I would suggest you remove the connector and short the pins together to verify the lamps work before removing the switch.

Switch is shown as N276 on the diagram.

Have you thought about the reverse light fuse? As daft as it sounds. :)

Thanks for the replies.

Cheers for the diagram Dan62.

Reverse light switch fell apart when I removed the connector, as a test linked out both pins and lights, wiper and parking sensor all function.

Switch ordered for around £12.

Many thanks for your input.
