Can't Bring Myself To Change My Fez

Featured Replies

Funny as this sounds I have seen a 60 plate fez zs for a decent price @ 22k miles but my little 1.4 flame is a beauty I can't bring myself to let her go at the young age of only precisely 31851k please give me sympathy and laugh at me.

I moved from an mk6 to mk7 not too long ago, and don't miss my old car at all. . . but it was literally on it's last legs

Mine is also ginger which makes it special. The only thing putting me off the new one of all things is the fact that it's not got a dab radio it's only the standard one and soon enough it will be curtains without and I think I'm right in saying you can't change the unit on these.

There are DAB add ons that are available for any FM radio as they resend the signal as an FM one. Personally, since I got my ST with the Sony DAB setup I've found it's not any better than FM for signal reception. Actually tends to be worse simply because a fainter signal causes either complete drop outs, or crackling/popping that sounds like the speakers are about to blow. Obviously the benefits are good in that certain stations are DAB only in some areas, but I personally think FM is going to be around for another few years.

Yeh I have a random problem with the older red displays as we

l though I much prefer the newer blue dash, haha, I'm very particular with what I want.

You wanna change at 31k for a dab radio?

Christ on a bike.

Mine's a DAB, it still plays crap.

It looks worse than it is, hahaha I don't really care much for the radio it's the bluetooth stuff I wanted more and the grunt from the 1.6 I'm bored of changing gear these cornish roads are hell on the clutch foot.

I tell you what just worked out my mpg and on short journeys she's doing 39 - 42 which isn't too bad to be honest it's as good as it's going to get with the old zetec se motor anyway
