Hey, I have a Ford Fiesta 2004 model diesel.

its really hard to get in 1st gear and struggles to pull away so I have to give it more revs and it slowly struggles to move but ok in the rest of gears... I've been told by a friend that is seems like my clutch is going, is this correct? Please advise

    To check your clutch, get up to speed and change into 5th as early as possible . Then floor the accelerator and leave it a few seconds. If the revs rise without the speed then somethings not right :)
