Fiesta Mk6 Engine Cover Removal

Featured Replies

This might sound stupid but how do you get the mk6 fiesta engine cover off

The engine cover is attached on a ball and joint socket at the back ,to make it easier unclip the air intake hose and breather, then remove the two bolts.

then it should just lift up, with a good tug.

Just try not to lean on your bumper like I did on my friends and crack it!!!!!post-49868-14334922281_thumb.jpg

Remove the two bolts that are clearly visible. Remove the air hoses and then pull towards the back, try abit of maintence spray if needs be. They're very stiff at first but they soon pop off
