iPod Shuffle and Ford Fiesta

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

I am overseas at the moment and just treated myself to a 3rd generation iPod Shuffle (y'know the real tiny one).

Was just wondering what cable / jack would I need to connect it up to my factory fitted Aux port and would the stearing stereo controls work on the iPod?

Any help / comments appreciated.

Hello and welcome to the club.

You will need a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable :)

and no the controls wont work, just volume! They only work with a USB connection

Thanx people.

Am happy that just the volume will work.

Highjacking this thread - does anyone use a USB stick and does it work/perform all the functions available to a iPod with the 'Y' cable attached??
