I've read that many of seem to be using the Ford ETIS site to track the cars you've ordered. I would like to do the same, but don't know what information I will need to be able to do that?

Could anyone enlighten me?

You need your VIN I believe - which is allocated with the build date, so until you have that, ETIS isn't much use.

So I'll need to ask the dealer for the VIN number? Given that I ordered the car on Sunday, are they likely to have it yet? :P I'm just desperate for any info I can get!

I get the feeling that the next few months are going to be unbearable. My sympathies to everyone else experiencing the wait. I'm not even a week in and I'm getting excited .
