I have already asked about the MP3 skipping problem and they are aware and say they have the firmware update and will do that.

Anything else I need to know/ask for etc on my first MK7 service tomorrow? or is it just a formality of a quick once over to ensure all is ok?

Also one of my headlight bulbs went yesterday, I take it thats "wear&tear" and I will have to pay for that? Any idea how long a headlight bulb should last?

    Be nice and they may chuck in the bulb for free - or accidentaly miss it off the service bill like they did with my wiper blades the once ;O)
