Devote the rest of your life to inventing a time machine, sacrifice everything for the cause, give up friends, family and any plans for holidays, hobbies and relationships. If you succeed you can go back and warn yourself of the kerb thus changing the course of time. You wont kerb your tires and 'fixing' them will be free, giving you the chance to lead a normal life with unkerbed alloys.

Alternatively you can take them to a local alloy refurb company, get a quote and play them off against another company to get the price down.
