Feb can indeed, my bithday in feb on many a year was enjoyed with snow on the ground, some years quite deep, no so in recent years though.

Mostly good, not so if you want to take family out for evening meal somewhere, full of couples with valentines menus etc. Blocking up the pubs etc

In my memory, I've seen snow in March and even April...
