dark windows

Featured Replies

Hello,

I am thinking about tinting the back windows of my Cmax. I don´t see me putting in that film and the result looking good.

How do I get over this or are there alternativ possibilities?

Get a professional to tint your windows for you, you're looking at £100 upwards for a good job

Make sure to inform your insurance company 👍

Thank you guys, so far.

During my lookout I found this Swedish product Solarplexius(com). They have a facebook UK site with movies how to handle the material.

I am tending in that direction, becaus you can remove it without problems.

Is anybody here who has this product installed?

Well, I got these panes and put them in. Fitting good and looking good. Seems only I bought them too early, because today I saw on their Solarplexius facebook UK page that they give a discount now.

Are they removable blinds then?

They look good but my only problem with them is that when you wind the window down, not much air will come in. I prefer the privacy shades/blinds that are like a mesh so air can still flow through

Agreed. That's what I have and they work very well.

Where did you get yours from? I have found a website called carshades and they look decent. I think it used to be vanstyle.

Yeah car shades / Van styles. Used them a few years ago for my cmax and got some for the mondy few weeks ago. Still awesome as ever!
