Can anybody help me with the service manual /schematics of a sony cdx-fs307 

SONY gen2 with  6cd mp3

I bought one but it dosen't work(no sound  and it dosen't respond to commands from the steering wheel.The guy from the service can enter in the menu altough in the car we can.After he press * it dosen't want to let him enter in the menu.What it does wrong ?
