2005 Mondeo 1.8 cylinder 1 misfire

Hi I have an 2005 1.8 ford Mondeo that have develop an cylinder 1 misfire I have changed the plugs, leads, coil pack and have now done an compression test witch turned out to be between 190-200 psi for all 4 cylinders and I have also swapped number 1 injector with number 3 and still comes up with the same code, it drives fine nothing at all just a rough idle and lumpy at idle no loss of power or smoke or knocks or bang if anyone know what it could be any help would be appreciated
