Featured Replies

hiya

I'm new to this and would like some help, I have 2012 fiesta and I just found out that all my Bluetooth usb and voice control has stopped working is there any idea why and what I can do to get it working again,

Thanks

disconnect battery for a minute or so.

Disconnect battery, I had same problem last week

Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC

Unplug the SYNC (bluetooth) fuse.

Start car up.

Wait 30seconds.

Turn car off.

Plug fuse back in. Wait 30 seconds before clicking the aux or phone button.

Should work. Give it a go. Have look at your owners manual the passenger compartment fuse box page to determine which fuse you need to pull. I think its either 32, 36 or 42... off top of my head.

Hope this helps.

>>>>Thanks!!!! This worked perfectly.  Just FYI, the Fuse for Sync on the Fiesta is F10.  On the passenger fusebox behind the glove box, there are 4 sectioncs to the fusebox.  The upper right section, F10 fuse is the upper left of that section.  Its a 15A fuse.  You know you will have the right one if you have the car radio on when you pull it and it turns the radio off.  Just FYI.
