took the st for its m.o.t fail on the number plates said you cant have honeycomb back ground , so put the standard ones on with  cable ties and it passed

VOSA strikes again!!  Seriously...  As long as the car starts, stops and steers - just give it a pass for God's sake.  Personally, I think the drivers are the ones who need yearly safety checks, not the vehicles!

Famous last words!!  I'm just waiting for a law to come into place where all vehicles over the age of 10 years old will be illegal - full stop.  Mark my words, it'll happen.

Been that rule for quite a while
