Fitting Fog Lights To Mk2 Focus

Hi All

I want to fit some fog lights to my 2006 Ford Focus 1.6 LX TDCI and was hoping someone might be able to help me out with this one.

I've heard that some Focus models without fog lights do have the wiring loom in place already, can someone confirm whether this is the case for my Focus. I have had a look and a feel around and I thought I felt a plug / connector hidden up above where the fog lights would go. I took a photo which I have attached to this topic, if you could let me know what you think I would be grateful.
