Expensive Weekend :(

Well, Friday night on my way home, old yoshi developed a very loud and ugly chugging noise. Turned out to be a misfire on one of the cylinders. Lucky im good pals with a mechanic from my local ford garage. In the end I’ve had to buy a new coil pack, ignition leads and spark plugs, he reckoned that the plugs were the originals! So I got him to check over the whole car, which was apparantly "serviced" by another branch of the same dealer when I got it (April), and lowe and behold, it was possibly the original fuel filter as well, which was leaking! In the end and about £130 worth of parts later, he's all better. And he only wanted £20 for fitting it all! Got him coming back on wed to change my oil and filter and a new air filter, then I can get the book stamped :D
