ST170 rear suspension parts info

Hello all

Had an MOT done on my ford ST170 of which I have had from new for the past 13 years. A couple of advisories was noted for the rear suspension, listed below.

nearside rear Suspension arm rubber bush deteriorated but not resulting in excessive movement (2.4.G.2)
offside rear Suspension arm rubber bush deteriorated but not resulting in excessive movement (2.4.G.2)
Quick question, are these the arms where the bottom of the spring lay? or the arms that come from the body to the hub assembly area?
Ideal summer project to repair the rear suspension but not sure which arms this relates to?
Any information would be grateful
