Front- and back doors collide when driving?

The laquer on my Mondeo Combi -14 has been scratched on the rear edges of the front doors and on corresponding front edges of the rear doors. The scratch is just at the "fold" that goes over the doors above the handles, and only there. I suspect that the doors collide when driving and the doors move. Is this something that is mentioned in Ford Mondeo technical service bulletins? It seems to be a design flaw?
