Wiring amp to Focus ST

Hi guys,

Any advice on how to wire up an amp to a Focus ST (2014) with Sony head unit?

I'm guessing I need to splice the high-level output FL/FR wires behind the head unit and run them into a LOC before connecting to my amp? I assume I will also need to run a piggy back fuse for remote switch and finally take a live from the battery? 

I've found plenty of info for ST's that come with a dedicated amp in the boot but mine does not appear to have one.

Any advice on which wires to splice would also be greatly appreciated!
