Air 'leaking' noise under revs

Hiya all.

Noticed a noise coming home from airport last night, sounds like a air noise leaking so.ethereal from the engine when accelerating.

 

I didn't notice the rev range, but would say it's from about 1500-2500rpm, and only when being driven (not when stationary and revving).

I'm think it's a split hose somewhere and probably turbo related. Did have a quick look today but bad weather hindered my efforts.

Can anyone offer and guidance and or tips etc please.

It's a 2004 130ps TDCI estate.
