Okay recently ive been thinking of purchasing a van, And of course i want a transit now i was just thinking, ive seen one or two ads up for sale as spairs/rerpair and one of which is as 2005 Ford Transit (AD says model is TRANSIT 260 SWB ). Now ive just thinking to myself will the engine from my 2001 Mondaeo (its the 2.0 TDDI version) in any way shape or form fit in Transit ? as the engine has only just broke into 80,000 miles so could prove usful elsewhere....... that is if i get the piece of scrap french mobile working for the misses.
