Need help my fiesta keeps over heating radiator is working fine aswell as the fan but engine keeps building up alot of pressure to the point it has cracked my expansion tank any suggestions ?

    Have you replaced the expansion tank?  It needs to hold some pressure, they do overheat with a cracked tank, it's fairly common on these.  The cap should let out any excess pressure so I would change that as well tbh.

    If it's still overheating after that, and the water seems to circulate fine and the fan works then I'd be looking at headgasket tests.
