Mondeo Mk4 2.5t Fuel Pressure Sensor part

Featured Replies

Hello All

This is my first post here. I've recently bought a 07 Ford Mondeo 2.5t Ghia Hatchback, previously had a Ford Puma 1.7 Thunder but was a member of a Puma specific forum for advice on that.

I've had the car for about a week and it's developed intermittent power loss when accelerating. Not really sure of the pattern when it happens but it's done it 3 out of my last 6 journeys at various times after starting. Doing some forum searches the place I was going to start is with the fuel pressure sensor. I've struggled to find this part for sale anywhere but i've noticed the part in my car is printed with the Bosch and Volvo logo.

Does anyone know if the Volvo part is a straight fit? Is there also a Land Rover part that fits as they tend to be quite cheap in the UK at least?

Thanks very much for your help
